GRANT APPLICATION PROCESS OVERVIEW
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION
Shall promote the overall mission of the Fairbanks Local School District and the Fairbanks Education Fund’s overall purpose.
Shall reflect Ohio Education Standards.
Shall meet the building principal’s approval.
Shall reflect Ohio Education Standards
*All non-consumables become the property of the teacher and Fairbanks Local Schools.
THE PROPOSED ACTIVITY:
PROCESS OVERVIEW:
The application must be approved by the building principal or supervisor.
Approved application is sent to fairbankseducationfund@gmail.com
FEF discusses grant applications in October and February.
FEF notifies Grant applicants.
Grant recipients provide FEF with a summary and pictures to share on social media.
The Fairbanks Education Fund typically does not fund:
Materials or programs that are included in the Fairbanks Local School budget.
Travel expenses, field trips, classroom furniture, conferences, and food.
May not be used to compensate Fairbanks employees.
Will not fund the same grant year after year.
